Responsibilities
- Implementation, optimization and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution for our notifications, messaging and various other customer service initiatives.
- Collaborate with different product teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and other platforms including Service Cloud.
- Utilize Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Transactional messaging, Data cloud and other capabilities to build solutions that best meet the business needs.
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights to improve customer journeys.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the platform operates efficiently.
- Stay current with SFMC updates and best practices.
- Proactively ensure the different tools are optimally applied to each use case and platform is fully utilized.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio
- Understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, messaging and data-driven customer experience strategies
- Experience with integrations between SFMC and Service cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders in business and IT
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Salesforce Marketing cloud certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email specialist, Marketing Cloud consultant) are preferred
