We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Pricing Processes and Systems to join our WSS Marine Product Solution team. In this role, you'll lead a team of 5 pricing professionals and collaborate closely with colleagues across the pricing function and beyond. As Head of Pricing Processes and Systems, you’ll be the go-to expert for all pricing-related platforms - including PMS, IFS, and CPQ - ensuring they run smoothly and evolve strategically. Reporting to the Vice President Pricing, you’ll work closely with three team managers and a global network of ~20 pricing professionals. Your mission: to make sure our pricing systems and processes are robust, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

What you will work on:

• Leading the team of 5 Pricing professionals (including setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and recruiting new talents)
• Act as the main point of accountability for all pricing-related components in core systems (e.g. PMS, IFS, CPQ), overseeing system interdependencies and ensuring seamless information flow between them
• Define and oversee robust change management processes to ensure ongoing integrity and control throughout the application lifecycle of the pricing system
• Act as the primary contact for pricing systems, proactively identifying and addressing any blockers
• Identify improvement areas and lead system and process upgrades
• Develop, communicate, and execute the strategic roadmap for the continued evolution of pricing systems
• Provide comprehensive support for all pricing-related projects and initiatives from both a systems and process perspective
• Collaborate closely with the dedicated product team to maintain and enhance PMS and other pricing applications

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM, ERP tools
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Education related to economics, engineering, technical studies and / or business administration
• Possess an understanding of the business flow in applications and to liaise between business and IT – “speaking the same language”
• Proven ability to manage and deliver strategic projects
• A collaborative, proactive, and structured approach to work
